This website provides information about Flat Spell Tattoo and links to third-party scheduling. It is not a substitute for professional advice.

Your use must be lawful. Do not attempt to disrupt site operation or access unauthorized data.

2. Appointment Booking and Third-Party Services

Appointments are booked through a third-party scheduling provider (Calendly).
Flat Spell Tattoo does not control third-party systems. We are not liable for technical issues, errors, outages, or data practices of external services.

Your personal information entered into third-party booking forms is governed by our Privacy Policy and the third party’s terms.

3. Health and Safety Acknowledgment

Tattooing carries real risks, even when performed in compliance with health standards. Risks include:

  • Allergic reactions to ink or topical products

  • Infections at the tattoo site

  • Transmission of bloodborne pathogens

  • Scarring or poor healing

  • Other adverse reactions

You accept these risks and agree that Flat Spell Tattoo is not responsible for health outcomes related to tattoo services beyond the scope of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Florida health authorities advise licensed establishments and artists follow strict sanitation, sterile needle use, and proper aftercare to reduce risk of infection or disease transmission. Seek medical attention if you suspect an allergic reaction or infection, which may include symptoms such as redness, swelling, drainage, or increasing pain.

4. Licenses and Compliance

Flat Spell Tattoo operates in compliance with Florida tattoo establishment requirements. Our artists hold appropriate licenses as required by the Florida Department of Health. Florida law prohibits tattooing without proper licensure and subjects violators to criminal penalties.

Licenses for the establishment and each artist are maintained and displayed as required by law. Clients are responsible for ensuring that service providers meet legal standards.

5. Minor Policy

Florida law sets strict conditions for tattooing minors. Flat Spell Tattoo does not tattoo anyone under the age of 18; no exceptions.

6. Payments, Deposits, and Cancellations

Deposit and payment terms are outlined separately during booking.
Deposits are non-refundable unless expressly stated.

Late arrivals or no-shows may forfeit deposits.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text and images, is owned by Flat Spell Tattoo or used with permission.

You may not copy, distribute, or republish content without written consent.

8. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest legal extent, Flat Spell Tattoo is not liable for:
